You need to go to vehicle connectivity settings and check that the cars modem is enabled and that your software update settings are also enabled. If your car's modem is not enabled and then send you updates during the day and your car isn't "at home" then you won't get updates
I don't wish to sound condescending, but have you registered your car with Octopus. It sounds to me as if you are setting charge times on your cars system and/or on your Zappi. Any smart charge times will not show up on your FordPass app. You have to have the Octopus App on your phone linked to...
I think it would be best to speak to Octopus about this issue. I don't think the Zappi is compatible with Octopus Intelligent Go which could be the reason it isn't working. According to their website, Zappi isn't listed
I have the similar issue now and again. I use the supplied Ford variopower charger plugged into a 32amp commando socket. This means that Octopus use the car and its settings to activate the smart charging. However, as per Octopus T's & C's it ONLY works when you are at "home" which is taken from...
I received 6.14 back in February but didn't get the watch tab on the entertainment screen to watch YouTube. Pleased to say that with the help of a very nice lady at the CRC and numerous Ford techs I have finally got the YouTube link. Thanks to all concerned.
I received my update yesterday and have the button to activate the trial. My only issue is that I live an hour and half from the nearest motorway and only use them probably once a month (if that). Also, reading between the lines, it seems that use of bluecruise is dependant on using the cars...
I got this update on my 2021 Job 1 ER RWD in February and also didn't get the "watch" tab in the Entertainment screen.
Contacted the Ford Mach-E team. Still waiting for a resolution. Not holding my breath
The recall you mentioned is NOT a software update. This is in addition to the software update that was performed ages ago and involves a complete removal of the HVBJB component. This requires the battery to be removed, rectified and then replaced. Mine has just had this done and was in the...
It seems to me like a similar situation as I have with my HVBJB recall. Have been waiting 6 months to get it done. First of all my dealer techs weren't trained and courses were in short supply. Then he couldn't get the correct equipment because it was in short supply due to demand and then they...
As far as I am aware, the warranty starts from when the vehicle was first registered NOT when it was built. Mine was built Dec 20 but I didn't take delivery until May 21 which is when my warranty started.
