If you want true industrial strength seat covers, I know Tiger Tough makes seat covers for the Mach E as it is used as a police vehicle. Where I work we put Tiger Tough covers on pretty much all vehicles we build for police, fire, and ambulance services. Can even get with custom embroidery. They...
They are in the process of building another Supercharger in Merritt at the Best Western up by the Bus Station/Boston Pizza/Walmart. Apparently they will have a couple of “pull through” charging bays, just like the new one here in Langley. I haven’t found any pics of the charging units but...
Tesla just opened their first V4 Supercharger in Canada either yesterday or today. With it being the closest DCFC station to my home, I just had to try it.
Well, I first tried to use up the last $20 remaining in my free $100 of charging from PetroCan that expires today but PetroCan had other...
I had this happen the second weekend of owning the car. All DCFC to that point had been ended on the charger's screen which would prompt the unlock. I had no idea that button was also an "unlock" button. That was until the gas station attendant pointed that out and was able to disconnect the the...
Other than the cheap local charging that is the other reason I wanted the Tesla adapter. On the long weekend road trips I’ve done with the Mach E all the CCS chargers were mostly full with only the insanely expensive ones free, where all the Supercharger locations were only ever half full. Plus...
Yeah, Metro Vancouver is this little island of cheap Tesla Superchargers. As soon as you leave the Metro Vancouver regional district, prices start to go up. Even in Abbotsford it’s $0.30/kWh, Hope it’s $0.62/kWh, and Calgary is closer to your pricing.
I think it might have something to do with...
As others have mentioned, the instructions state plug into car, then cable into adapter. That is what I did and it worked first time.
Not sure if I have the update or not as Superchargers do not appear under the list of chargers I can navigate to.
Not everyone lives in a single family suburban home with the luxury of being able to charge overnight.
Those of us that live in urban condo towers, or older condos in the suburbs generally don’t have an option to charge at home. So our only option is to DCFC all the time.
I ordered the original Typhoon the day I picked up my Mach E, June 23rd and swapped my order to the Pro on July 8. It finally arrived Aug 20th. Not a great start, but everyone raves about how good quality the original Typhoon is so I was willing to hang in there and give it a go.
It arrived...
I ordered the gen 1 June 23, the day I picked up my Mach E. Swapped to the Pro the day it was released, July 8. Received shipping notification Aug 6, actually shipped Aug 13, delivered to Vancouver Aug 20.
So almost 2 full months. If you just count the “Pro” timing it was just over 6 weeks. AND...
There is a known glitch with the Mach E where it will randomly change profiles (esp if you start climate control via cell phone). It was to the point I completely disabled profiles. I received an update last week that called out this issue, I re-enabled profiles and haven't had a single change...
New member here, new Mach E owner. I had a 2013 Abarth for a number of years that I tracked and Autocrossed. Now we've got some clubs back locally putting on events I want to get back into it and see what my RWD Select can do. On my Abarth I used to run Hawk HPS 5.0 pads, rear sway bar, and...
