The last 3 days the car has tried to load OTA 6.6 and it won't load. Says precondition may not be met.
The car is parked in the garage, not running, no open doors hatch etc and not sure about the 12 V battery condition. Anyone else experience this with 6.6?
Updated, Progressive has stepped up and IS going to cover the damages on the loaner Mach E from the Dealer.

I am looking for an opinion for my Son. He dropped off his 03 Cobra for some work at the Dealer. They gave him a Mach E as a loaner in hopes he would purchase one.
He signed the paperwork and in it was Insurance info that it was covered by Progressive, which just happens to be his insurance...

Just in the last week I am unable to charge at home with Juice Box 40. After about 25 minutes the Ford Pass says Charge Paused and the Light on the JB changes to flashing yellow. I have it set on FP to charge when plugged in, no time set.

Thanks to Brooke and Maria at Granger the issue has been resolved. The reason for not showing in Ford Pass was the Granger contract had my name as Michael and the Ford Pass I had my name as Mike. I would have thought it would have triggered off the VIN#, my mistake. All is good.

I know that the ESP is under contract for years, it just would be nice to see on my account that Ford recognizes it.
It has been just over 30 days since signing a contract with Granger and still do not have ESP shown in my Ford Pass account. The issue between Granger and Ford should not be an issue for the consumer to deal with. Very disappointing.
