Welp, I am looking at the screen in my car now and all the times I put in through the app are there, including the one for this evening that was ignored by the car (that one is always there, and the car has preconditioned for it in the past). ??‍♀️ I will keep whining to ford.

I’m talking about battery preconditioning to my preset departure times. The app generally informs me when the car is preconditioning, and my expected mileage increases, so if these don’t happen it seems it has not preconditioned. Also if I do have a cabin heat setting (which is only sometimes)...

My car fails to precondition about 30% of the time. It’s extremely frustrating. I cannot see any sort of pattern to when it does or does not. Does anyone else have this issue? Even better, a solution?
