From the research i've done, there is an communication issue between the Ford app and the modem. Could also be an issue with Ford servers but I would think you would get some kind of time out message or something related to communication error.

I have two dealerships not too far that they both told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for someone to run diags. I showed them the errors I found. They service person wrote them down but said they had to confirm from themselves.

That is insane. My wife as a 2023 Subaru and we have had multiple body shops tell us that the paint used for most of the vehicles from 2020 to current is garage paint. Paint is not something I would want to cut cost on but apparently this is common now. Its sad.
