Can anyone help me identify this noise? Only happens when turning sharply to the left and at low speeds. Sounds like axle maybe? 2021 Mach E premium awd.

Have you looked under the car to see if anything is rubbing or stuck?

My first through is a CV joint.
I will check again! I did just have the car in for it's 60k mile service and inspection but the Ford SA didn't mention anything.

Had to google. I guess its an axle assemble now. Hopefully you have extended warranty that will cover it. If not, I'm guessing you're looking around $700 parts and labor or so to replace it, if you allow a dealer to do the work. If you think you can do the job probably $200 ish in parts to fix it yourself.

I do have ford basecare active which says it covers axle shafts so hopefully it's covered?

Looking over the brochure, its shows they cover front and rear axles. I would contact the dealership's service department to schedule an appointment.
