That's a pretty old video. Are you just looking to see if there is a pending APIM update? What does FDRS shows under the Software Updates tab? It may have already been applied via OTA or FDRS, so you won't see it. You could also have some other updates pending like a GWM or TCU, in which...
That was a good suggestion, but unfortunately there wasn't much information. Taking it a step further, their website doesn't show either the Plus Elect or Plus 3 Elect available in 225 /55 R19 ?‍♂️, America's Tire disagrees.
There are a few threads on here about what are the best all-season tires, but I don't think there's any consensus. It seems other choices are the OEMs, Michelin CrossClimates, Hankook iON EVO SUV, Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 Elect, Goodyear ElectricDrive, and others.
I installed the Trico and it was an improvement. I replaced it with the Bosch, and it's even better.

Public Charging does (at least on my 2021). I don't think it will let you navigate to it... I usually save them since I'm planning a trip with multiple stops. It seems disconnected from Navigation.
I don't think Android will allow you to load an older version over a newer one directly. You can try saving your settings, then delete the app and sideload the old version (you can find the APKs here) and then restore. The worst case you'll just be where you are now.
