I suspect (just based on how software tends to work, as I work in software) that this problem will be more prevalent with people who have multiple profiles going in and out of the car back and forth.

My UI is different, but I *think* I already did that. I will re-check to make sure. I just can't tell for sure because I'm on 4.1.3 and the interface and access to profiles has changed. But I did do the Active Profile thing. Went right back to Guest on a future start-up, and again locked there.

OK so I am confused. I have Ford PowerUp software 4.1.1 now, and AA 8.6.625054-release. It seems like that combo should allow me to get the split screen, but alas, the screen looks exactly the same. Do I need to do something to enable it?
