You should complain about those pry marks. It kills me when techs use flatheads instead of trim removal tools. Sure you save like 10 seconds, but FFS just use the right tool.
Looks like they only took about a day. Dropped it off Monday morning and picked it up just after lunch today.
Working through some issues with the dealer though - looks like the tech went flathead screwdriver happy while removing the gloss black trim to make space for dropping the battery. Lots...
Just dropped off my vehicle for the recall today. Only a $45/day limit on a rental - Enterprise tried to put my into a Chevy Spark at first 😂 thankfully I managed to get bumped into a Mitsubishi RVR they had in the lot.
Yes I always drive with it enabled (car icon always has the green lines on left and right side), but when I turn on my adaptive cruise, it is just regular adaptive cruise.
I'm in the same boat; no idea what happened.
I checked my connect services and I should have it active until June, but BlueCruise has not activated in the past 2 months.
Checked my settings and Lane Centering with Hands Free is enabled.
With all the price slashes, for us earlier adopters, we are getting screwed on residual value.
2022 Premium AWD Ext Batt with 25,000km, went to two dealers this morning and trade in value is at $36k. Black book is showing MAX at $43k but dealer said it's unlikely any dealer would pay top...
Unfortunately I think the MME needs to have the diag tool to put the car through the bleed process - most likely controls small things here and there with sensors.
German brands has been doing this nonsense for ages.
My older cars I just hook up my pneumatic brake bleeder and it's a breeze...
Yea I wasn't saying it preconditions the battery, I was moreso implying you're just putting less demand on a cold battery.
When the vehicle has a cabin at 19 degrees, and then is driving would theoretically require less draw from a battery versus a cabin at -2 degrees trying to get to the set...
From what I recall reading, Ford recommends leaving the car plugged in whenever possible during cold days/nights. Also just like a regular vehicle, try to remote start it to warmup for a while first so the vehicle can focus on HVAC, instead of hopping in cold, and having energy demand for...
I mean, it still works and props the door open. Just making different sounds than my other doors 😅 just wanted to check if anyone else has seen this before I make the effort of dropping off my vehicle for a day for them to tell me it's nothing.
The other issue is it only appears to happen at...
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Here's a quick clip of my rear passenger door. It makes a clicking/creaking sound now from the door presenter. Seems to be worse when it is colder.
Is this a sign that the motor is already on its way out?
I would recommend taking some time and reading up on some threads on this forum; there is one about tires/wheels.
To answer your question though, the tire you purchase needs to have an XL (Extra Load) rating to it, which is why the X-Ice is recommende by Costco. This is due to the weight of...
There's a TSB/SSM for the headlight switch module to get replaced.
It's a glitch with the chip inside the control switch and it loses communication with the vehicle and leaves the headlights on.
You can find a thread on here. I had mine replaced at my dealer.
