    Hi All Iā€™ve taken my car into Ford to get them to update the software (still on 3.6). They claim there is nothing wrong with the car and itā€™s an app issue. Iā€™m on the latest app and have auto updates on and scheduled for everyday at 10pm. anyone else stuck on a Nov 22 s/w version?

  3. CarPlay not Connecting

    Is anyone else experiencing wireless CarPlay issues? We have three phones and all have stopped auto connecting since last update. Plus phones cannot be deleted. Help?

    Hi All Just had my 2021 AWD extended range brick for the second time. This time it needs a rear motor electric pump. Apparently they are on back order. Wondering how long Iā€™m going to be without my car for this time - last time it was a month. Any others had this problem?

  6. Towing out from driveway back first šŸ˜±

    This happened to me this weekend. Tow driver hooked into side rail as there are no tow hooks on the back of the car. He was pulling it with a hooks and it came off as he pulled up our driveway. How is anyone suppose to tow these cars from behind if there are no tow hooks at the back of the car...
