Bro thank you. I found this post. I wasn’t able to connect app or phones tried everything. You saved me a lot of time looking myself or a trip to the dealer. But main concern wasn’t how to fixed it. But why it happened in the first place.

I had similar. In this case my 12v and HVJB was replaced. You can try disconnecting the 12 v battery to do a hard reset.

I hit a bump right after I got the SSN reduce power AWD fault. Thinking it might’ve sensed difference in power distribution. And bigger after market rims/tires didn’t help

UPDATE: Got the car back on August 9. They replaced the 12V battery and the HVJB. no issues so far. All was work was covered under warranty. With valet service. Dropped car off within 25 mile radius.
