Had this same TSB done. Ford came to my house at 11am, took my car back to the dealer, did the TSB, and the 10k service, and had the car back at my house by 4pm.

Same here. I have gotten a ton of updates, but never got the tailgate fix, which my car does and is very annoying. I asked the dealer to apply the update when I was in for service and they said my car was all up to date. It is not.

I got notified of this today too. When I got home I told it to start the update. A few minutes later got notified that it failed. First time I’ve ever had a failed update.
