Did anyone else get a flurry of updates last week but are still missing update(s)? I got at least 6 updates last week, but none for the past few days and I’m still unfortunately missing the tailgate fix.

I received several updates, my preferred charging locations were erased, but all things considered, all is well.

one question: I never had the charge assist/public charging apps in my car. One update mentioned that, but it is not available. Since this update, I’ve done multiple long rides and multiple updates.

Does anyone know how to get the public charging app to show up?

Same here. I have gotten a ton of updates, but never got the tailgate fix, which my car does and is very annoying. I asked the dealer to apply the update when I was in for service and they said my car was all up to date. It is not.

@Ford Motor Company It's great to see all of the updates flowing so quickly, but can you please find a way to not bork existing settings? I don't want to have to wonder what's going to have been screwed up when I turn on the car after an update.

I've had the mirror fold get disabled several times (this was a while ago at least, so maybe this has been resolved). But just this week I had all of my radio presets get nuked, yet again, even though I could have sworn that one of the recent updates said it was supposed to prevent that. Then last night the update deleted my charging locations, so I found my car had been charged all the way to 100% overnight and had to go in and add my home charging location again.

It makes me wonder what else might be getting screwed up without me noticing yet. Please get your act together.

Surprisingly, mine showed up yesterday (after weeks of it not being there). I did message one user with my VIN as I’d seen on here some folks had success with that (and sending a VIN is pretty harmless). I never heard back from them though, so I am not sure if they actually had anything to do with it or not. I guess that will remain a mystery.

Is that where it opens a small amount and then stops? I guess we got lucky with ours (2023.5) as it has never done that

Yep it’s quite annoying, especially knowing that the OTA update came out months before we even took delivery of the car. First world problem for sure
