As of yesterday I lost connection with Ford.com. It does not show current battery status, location or anything else. Also has caused FordPass to not update or track charging. Any idea on fixes? Received a recent communication update. Could this have broken the connection?
No. It was not in the price of the car. Was not an added option on the window sticker and was not an add on cost at purchase. I went back and checked everything after I noticed that my trial indicated 3 years.
I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips except for deleting the app and starting over, and I could to use to get this message that ford pass is not responding. Worked fine for my first three days then all of a sudden I can’t program charging or departing times. Suggestions appreciated.
