Lost Connection with Ford.com

As of yesterday I lost connection with Ford.com. It does not show current battery status, location or anything else. Also has caused FordPass to not update or track charging. Any idea on fixes? Received a recent communication update. Could this have broken the connection?

First thing I'd try is rebooting the GWM/TCU with FORScan. If you don't have it, disconnect the negative terminal from your battery for 15 minutes or so and plug it back in.

If you'd like, PM me the VIN and I'll poke around and see if there is anything obvious causing connectivity issues.

Interestingly enough, it appears to have fixed itself while I have been at work. Very strange.
