It seems like Ford has some computer issues in general. I bring this up because FordPass has crashed almost immediately every time I have opened it today. I had been suspecting a link between their website issues and FordPass issues, so I tried to sign into my account to see if the name and VIN were displaying correctly on the Ford.com dashboard. I got this message:
I was using the latest version of Chrome. I then tried Firefox and Edge and got the same message. @Ford Motor Company do you have any idea what is going on and when it might be fixed?
