Ford.com problems seem to correlate with FordPass problems

It seems like Ford has some computer issues in general. I bring this up because FordPass has crashed almost immediately every time I have opened it today. I had been suspecting a link between their website issues and FordPass issues, so I tried to sign into my account to see if the name and VIN were displaying correctly on the Ford.com dashboard. I got this message:

I was using the latest version of Chrome. I then tried Firefox and Edge and got the same message. @Ford Motor Company do you have any idea what is going on and when it might be fixed?

So I went the long way around and was able to get to the vehicle dashboard and it displays my name and VIN. FordPass continues to give me the one finger salute. It stayed open long enough for me to enter a departure time. Wonder if that will actually work???

Ford is clearly not a company at the bleeding, leading, or any edge of technology. I had issues for 3 years with MyFordMobile, and am unsurprised that FordPass has issues also. I hope that these issues have visibility at the top - if Ford is going to succeed in EVs, they need to ramp this area up big time. The Lightning will outsell the Mach-E big time, and that will crash this system in its current form.

Mine stopped working today around 4 pm EDT. Had a hard time getting my car started with PAAK. Password took a few tries as well. Was getting a little nervous. Still not wearing at 5:21.

Viewing the site on a browser with diagnostics, I get about a dozen errors, including some missing graphics.

Incidentally some of the errors can be spotted in the app as well, like a VIN-related API-error, and a minor thing like the image of the car.

All in all, pretty scary stuff, considering these guys are supposed to work on the car as well.

maybe I should accept that I got what I bought, and Ford will not be able to introduce anything ”new”, and for that I should buy a Tesla?

I am getting this again today when I try to load the Vehicle Dashboard on ford.com. Not surprisingly, FP is also performing poorly today. ??

I’m on day three or four of FP not even opening on my phone. Just crashes. I’m away from home for work and don’t want to uninstall/reinstall until I get home. I had my family get the car from the airport using the FOB out of fear of being stranded when I got home. I got a SecuriAlert notifications that my family had opened the doors. So it appears to be working just can’t access FP? ?‍

The last 2 days I can’t open FordPass on IOS. Just Ford BlueOval graphic then crashes. But I am still getting FP notifications when my charge is complete.
Rebooting iPhone didn’t fix it either.
Don’t want to uninstall/reinstall app in fear of messing up PAAK. I have no urgent need for it coming up.
Figured I will wait till they fix it on the backend or provide another update.
3.28 is the version installed as the App Store only gives the option to Open the App, not update.

I have been having the exact same issue, but I made the mistake of deleting the FordPass app and re-installing hoping that would fix everything. Now the FordPass app opens, but PaaK is officially dead and I cannot re-add it. All sorts of deleting profiles, phones, etc…but no luck so far.
Hopefully I can get this figured out soon, because one key fob and no PaaK isn’t going to work for us…
