FordPass problems with failure to get data

Anyone else running into issues with the FordPass app on IOS when trying to load the following menus:
- Departure Time
- Preferred Times
- Charging Logs

Last 3 app versions have yielded zero changes. I’ve created a new account, reset the car, reset the app, wash and repeat.

New account has the same issue, but yet my wife’s account that’s associated to mine can get to each of those menus without issues.

OS: iOS 17.2.1
FordPass: 4.32.0
MachE: MY23
PowerUp:6.13

Customer support has been useless, just tell me to wait for next app version it’s known issue….?.

Screenshots of the errors, be nice to know not alone, ?.

Same here. After receiving 6.8. Car says 6.8. App says 6.7 is most recent and returns this error. seems like this is related to the stalled update rollout. 2021 job 1 here.

I reported mine to Ford Pass they added it to their list of “known problems”
I did that in late October an each FordPass update since, I make a new ticket and get told to wait for new version, ?.

I need to try the battery pull as it looks promising, just didn’t have time today.

Sadly, no go on the battery pull. Pulled the negative for about 20 mins as I had to go run to drop the kids off. Plugged her back in, put everything back together, fire the car up, closed and refreshed app, no go, :(.

I must of ticket off the Ford gods as now my 2016 Ford Fusion is now deciding to play hide and seek with HVAC controls, haha, separate problem but struggles are real here.

Yeah, that what we do, not really a fix.

I opened a case with Ford Pass, maybe something will come from that as I am wondering if its an account issue, not a car issue.

Reason, my wife account which has control of the car as well but as secondary through me, I am primary, can get to these menus without issues, just me that can't.
