New issue: I drove it after this error message appeared, plugged it in when I got home and it won’t take a charge now!

My car went into the shop for 9’weeks—long story. And I swear the 8 days I had it before that it didn’t spin round and round!
I picked my car up yesterday. The remote engineer as well as the dealership service dept could not find any back ground codes, nothing. They charged the car and had no issues. They have now suggested using the 12V charger that came with the car to see if anything happens. I drove it about 40kms...
Got my car back finally yesterday after 9 weeks in the shop!
put it in my stage 2 home Charger, went to drive it half an hour later
Threw a service vehicle code and kept asking if the car was still plugged in!
turned the car on and off and it cleared-from my Google it looks like this is an...
Oh interesting. That hasn’t worked for mine-and now they are replacing the actual instrument cluster. Again, like the BCM, no delivery date, no clue where the part is, just a whole lot of sit and wait.
Well lucky you if that worked-there is definitely a huge issue with the instrument clusters and I wouldn’t be surprised if it happened to you again-sorry to say :(
Ford did expedite my BCM to Canada as it was set to arrive in the states mid to end of may, somehow it showed up today and didn’t fix the problem.
I also had my car go into deep sleep while on my 12v charger at home before this...but the batteries were all at 100 percent when they got into it...
UPDATE: After 6 weeks, the new BCM arrived and it did not fix the issue-back to the " help desk" Ford corporate customer service manager Mike is my rep, and has had little to no contact with me unless I call him, spoke to him 2 days ago and he assured he would call me back that day and let me...
Iam in Canada and there are a lot of hoops to jump through to use a “lemon”law as we technically do not have one.
apparently the part will be in the USA mid to late May and then it has to get to Canada! I’m so disappointed and I don’t even want the car anymore!
3 weeks and no sign of a new BCM as Ford has them on “back order”
No one knows where they are even coming from!!! I’ve owned the car for 8 weeks and have driven it 8 days!
What is the build date on yours? I am in British Columbia Canada, and it got down to just below freezing here, and my car did the same thing. The ford engineer originally stated it was because I left my key in the car it drained the battery, but the 12V was at 100 percent when they broke into...
Update: Ford engineers have come to the conclusion that they are 85% sure it is the Body Control Module. Apparently, there are 5 other Mach Es so far that have had this issue, I am number 6!

Thanks! Sorry for the weird caps and spelling errors in my previous reply LOL not sure what happened there. The dealership says they can not do anything to the car without being instructed by Ford Engineers. The problem is, the engineers take over 24 hours to return emails with another trouble...
forgive me, but you are talking about the smaller instrument cluster not the large entertainment screen correct? When you said SYNC THAG MADE ME THINK THR LARGER SCREEN.
the one Iam talking about is the smaller screen thag shows the Speedo, battery life etc above the steering wheel!
