    Windshield Wipers recommendations?

Which specific wiper did you get for the rear? It definitely needs to be longer IMHO!

It fooled us too. Oh well.

    Foot to open hatch?

We bought a 2023 MME Premier Edition in November. We have never been able to get the hatch to open using a foot. I've perused quite a few posts here on this subject, but no luck. So, then I thought maybe our car doesn't have that feature. I posted a private message to Ford, which of course...

    Extended Warranty?

My 2021 Mach-E just passed the 3-year mark, so the bumper-to- bumper warranty has expired. Has anyone found any extended warranty plans that are specific for EVs, or even better, for Mach-E's?

Maintain 12V Battery error after recent update - Anyone get this?

I got the same message. Since I just took the car in for another problem, I asked them to look into it. If they come up with anything useful (seems unlikely but who knows), I will respond here.

    Heater Questions

That's what I thought. With respect to the charger faults, I have a ChargePoint charger that has always worked well, but I started getting a red flashing on the button/lights next to the port when I unplugged. The dealer said the car showed a fault from the charger. Of course, it seems to...

    Heater Questions

The car is at the dealership right now, so I can't check out some of these things. If I go to AUTO mode and the temperature setting is 72 degrees, and it's cold outside, I would expect the car to turn on the heat. Are you saying I would have to manually turn on E-heat? I've never had to do...

    Heater Questions

I took my 2021 MachE to the dealer because creating a departure time was not heating the interior as it should. I did not have any good way to tell if the battery was being conditioned. (This has worked fine for about 2 years.) The dealership's service department said it was working fine for...

    Diminished Value Claim Results

Here is paragraph from a document that TigerDV sent me; "But DV claims can be made at any time within your state's Statute of Limitations for Property Damage. In most cases, it's a surprisingly long time. I live in Nevada and for me it's three (3) years. And in most states, you don't even need...

    Diminished Value Claim Results

No, the release was actually releasing the owner and the driver (his son) from any further liability.

    Diminished Value Claim Results

I was in an accident on May 3, 2022 where the other driver was at fault. I had seen "diminished value" discussed some here. I have filed a claim and have now received payment, so I thought I would summarize how it went. Here is a picture of my car (2021 AWD, standard batter) after the...

    Only One Key Fob?

When the service person read 22B10 to me last week, it indicated that if you have bought a fob, they are supposed to refund the cost of that one, plus tax.

It drives just fine. No problems so far.

    Repaired after Accident

I finally got my MME back after my accident on May 3! Here is a picture of the car just after the accident. I was concerned that the car would be totaled which would mean having to order another and wait a long time. However, it turned out that the main battery was fine. The total cost of...

Severe MME crash - Sad Day

This looks very similar to the damage my car sustained. It took 5 months and $20,000 worth of repairs, but I have it back in pretty good shape. If your main battery is damaged then it's probably totaled. I have also filed a diminished value claim. I will try to post pictures and more details...

Preview Look at Tesla Supercharger US Membership App Screen for Non-Tesla EV Owners

I know what you mean. There's a 20kW charger at the Harley dealership that I used last year on a trip from Colorado to San Antonio, but that's as close as anything gets in Lubbock to "fast". I wonder why there are no fast chargers in Lubbock. Seems strange.

    Interesting, Eye-Opening...or maybe not.

When you say "fully loaded" are you including prorated fixed costs? If so, that's not a legitimate comparison. You will pay the fixed costs even if you don't use any energy. If not, please explain. Thanks

    Not a Fender Bender

I was going to ask about that. Does anyone have any tips on how to approach this? Thanks.

    Not a Fender Bender

No, the airbags did not deploy. Pictures of the damage are shown at the beginning of this thread.
