We took a trip in our 2023 ME to Telluride yesterday, both to enjoy the trip and to try our Tesla adapter. There are 8 chargers in Mountain Village, which is part of the "greater Telluride" area. As we turned into the parking garage, there were 5 chargers on the left, all in use. (My wife said there was one non-Tesla taking up two spots.) Just past that was a charger that jutted out from the wall and 2 more "standard" chargers. I was able to use the one that jutted out, even though it left the back end of my car sticking out! (There was enough room for cars to get by easily.)
I had no trouble attaching the adapter, but when I plugged it in the lights by the charge port turned orange after 15 seconds or so. I then started the session from the FordPass app, and it went up to 80% pretty quickly. I stopped at that point, because we had more than enough battery to get home.
I have since tried to turn on Plug & Charge in the FordPass app, but it just spins for a few seconds and goes back to the off position. I'll have to figure out what is going on.
We had a good day in Telluride. On the way back we saw two moose north of Silverton and a black bear as we got closer to home. This picture is not great, but here is one of the two moose! They are quite large!!
