We took a trip in our 2023 ME to Telluride yesterday, both to enjoy the trip and to try our Tesla adapter. There are 8 chargers in Mountain Village, which is part of the "greater Telluride" area. As we turned into the parking garage, there were 5 chargers on the left, all in use. (My wife said there was one non-Tesla taking up two spots.) Just past that was a charger that jutted out from the wall and 2 more "standard" chargers. I was able to use the one that jutted out, even though it left the back end of my car sticking out! (There was enough room for cars to get by easily.)

I had no trouble attaching the adapter, but when I plugged it in the lights by the charge port turned orange after 15 seconds or so. I then started the session from the FordPass app, and it went up to 80% pretty quickly. I stopped at that point, because we had more than enough battery to get home.

I have since tried to turn on Plug & Charge in the FordPass app, but it just spins for a few seconds and goes back to the off position. I'll have to figure out what is going on.

We had a good day in Telluride. On the way back we saw two moose north of Silverton and a black bear as we got closer to home. This picture is not great, but here is one of the two moose! They are quite large!!

Thanks for the write up. We encountered a moose on a trip to Alaska. We first stayed at a B&B "Moose Hollow" outside Anchorage but the street signs were non-existent. We turned into one driveway in our rented Subaru Outback only to encounter a large bull moose standing in it. The top of our Outback was lower than the underside of his belly! We backed out, and subsequently learned that the bull moose lived in the B&B's "hollow." Wow.

I think they are generally much larger than people realize. There were a bunch of cars stopped yesterday with people scrambling to get pictures. I hope no one got hurt.

I’ve gotta ask. Are you going to remove the car dealer’s billboard from your trunk?

I had an issue with Plug & Charge activation on my last trip. I eventually needed to reboot the phone. I was also having issues with other apps related to location and communication, so that was more likely my phone than anything else.

Just something to try.

Decades ago, we had three moose walk through our backyard when I lived in Anchorage.

Moose are not animals to be trifled with and getting near them for a "photo opportunity" is risky business indeed.

I hadn't really thought about it. I guess I'm not that concerned. The fact that it's not very straight might influence me though!
