I tried calling two dealerships today and it sure seams like they aren’t interested in making this easy. Tuttle Click in Irvine, Ca wouldn’t book an appointment until I showed up in person. Villa Ford in Orange, Ca wouldn’t schedule anything until I got a letter for the recal - which I have.

If you go to an Americas Tire to get these installed, I recommend inspecting them before they put them on. I got back from an install this morning and they put on the all season tires, not summer, on my car. Now I have to go back again after they order the correct tires…

Is there a poll or something somewhere to track this? I’ve got a ‘21 GTPE and still haven’t had a SVS/SSN.

How do you like them?

I have pretty strict rules about the kids not eating in the car and I keep it vacuumed and cleaned. They still look brand new about 2 years into ownership of my 21 GTPE

I gave up on this issue with my car. I had clicking and after over a month of the dealer not being able to figure it out, they just decided it was the tires making noise and gave it back to me. Not going back to that dealer again.

My situation isn’t quite as bad, but I’ve also had my car parked at the dealer for 4 weeks now. I’ve considered the lemon law option, but I really liked the car. If they would compensate me for my month without the car I would feel a lot better about it. The crappy dealers are killing my love...

Well, they’re finally working on my car. Apparently at this dealer all it takes is 26 days of the car sitting around - and one call to the customer experience team - to get them to look at your problem.

Well, I called and got a case number this morning. I got a little more info: my dealer has been in correspondence with Ford engineering exactly two times since dropping it off. Mostly it seems like they’re just not doing anything. Supposedly somebody may call me back within 2 days. I’m skeptical.

You’re probably hearing the physical connection to the HV battery being engaged or disengaged by the HVBJB. When the car is off there is no physical connection to the HVB.
