I unknowingly let my BC expire on 12/31 and noticed it on a trip new years day. I found the email offering the discounted price for 3 years and paid for it. As expected, the car doesn't know I have BC still.
This happen with anyone else? It's been 72 hours since I renewed, so I don't think...
Where in the world are you renting from in Chicagoland for less than $45 per day? I looked at all them in my area and the cheapest was $72 a day before other fees. I understand you may have rented a car in chicago years ago for that much but the last 3 years have drastically changed the car...
I never even took mine in to the dealer. The day before I was planning on taking it in, it randomly started working. It's almost like a software update happened to fix it.
The dealer by my house offers to come service it at my house, but the problem is that dealership takes over 2 months to get an appointment. I couldn't go 2 months without a screen + another month to get it fixed. The dealership I took it to is an hour away and said they could take a look...
I have text messages from my customer service rep (who never responds to any of my questions after initially reaching out) saying explicitly that they cannot give me more than 45 dollars and there is zero wiggle room. When I asked her what am I supposed to do without a car for possibly a month...
At the end of the day, they are selling Fords product and if these dealers are the only place I can get my car repaired, then Ford is indirectly responsible for none of their dealerships having loaners.
It just blows my mind how poorly Ford has managed things with the Mach E. They treat month...
It ends with me having to spend $250 on ubers to and from the dealership because they cannot give me real information and Ford refuses to incur any costs for their terrible product.
Almost 4 weeks from the original drop off and diagnosis of the issue, they finally have the part in to fix my...
AHHHH I was hoping it wouldn't be the under the hood fuse, but thanks for the info. I found the fuse map and I'm seeing it appears to be it's own independent fuse, so that's good I won't lose power seats with it.
I think this may be my only option unless I'm lucky and the heated seats turn...
It's automatically remote starting, I can't control it. It's the departure settings and I have it set to leave my house at 7:30 every weekday. I tried to turn this off but I seemingly can't because the car has no way to receive the information. It could also be that the app is just not working...
The chip that runs the main screen/sync in my mach e has failed and the part is on backorder. I likely won't have a functioning screen in my car for at least a few weeks. OK, that sucks, but the car drives and the air is running so I can manage in the mean time.
Until this morning, when...
Mine isn't going in and out or can be reset. Completely bricked. Was getting zero power. Screen and Sync were completely out.
At first they said they were replacing the whole screen... but then they say they ordered from a 3rd party vendor. I find it hard to believe the giant custom tablet...
Update: they told me the same day that they ordered a new screen and expected it in the next day.
5 days later there is no new screen and now I’m being told they ordered something else from a third party vendor.
I had a feeling this would end with my car torn apart sitting at a dealership...
Got into my car today and the screen was completely black, and the usb charging ports also no longer have power. I checked the fuses for (what I think) power these and they appear to be good still. Anyone else ever see this? It is completely dead. No reset is possible.
So he was turning left from the other side of the road? I guess I'm confused how you would ever be in a situation to t bone his passenger side since he should have had his back of his car facing you by the time he was in your lane.
Because the people put in charge of making decisions are generally some of the dumbest people in the company. If they see any savings, even tiny ones, they don't even consider consequences.
