MODS - SUSPENSION / CHASSIS
Replaced the splined bolts that attach the front struts to the wheel knuckles with regular bolts (and painted them black). This gives some adjustment when tightening the bolts to add a bit more negative camber. Replaced OEM front and rear sway bars with Eibach bars. Have the front bar set on the max setting. Replaced OEM springs with Eibach Pro-Kit GT lowering springs. Replaced OEM strut tower bar with the 3-point Steeda bar.
MODS - WHEELS / TIRES / BRAKES
Painted the light gray area on the hat of the rotors plus the dust shields satin black so they wouldn't stand out so much behind the open designed black wheels.

Changed out the OEM wheels with Signature Precision Series SV706 fully forged gloss black wheels. I have a staggered setup: 20"x9" ET33 up front and 20"x10.5" ET47 in the rear. The Signature wheels are about 8 lbs. lighter each than the OEM wheels. My summer tires of choice are Michelin Pilot Sport 4 NO Acoustic (Porsche spec) 275/40/20 front, 315/35/20 rear. These tires being much wider than the OEM's are heavier but overall with the lighter wheels, I saved a total of 12 lbs unsprung weight on this summer setup.

Winter setup: We rarely get snow and if we do it's just a light dusting but our temps are in the lower 30's a lot during the winter with occasional upper 20's so I can't run the Michelin summer's as anything below 45˚ they start to turn into hockey pucks. I change them out for Pirelli P Zero All Season EV (BMW spec) tires. Size up front is 255/45/20 and 285/40/20 in the rear. They are a little narrower than the Michelin's and lighter by 10 lbs overall so total unsprung weight saved on this winter setup is 22 lbs over the OEM tires and wheels.

Edit: Aug 4, 2022 changed out my wheels for a new set. Same Signature SV706 fully forged in gloss black but with a polished aluminum face (they call it diamond cut). Most wheels you see are a flat design and I wanted something a bit different so ordered these in medium concave. Same wheel specs as the previous ones.

Edit: May 18, 2024 changed out my wheels again for a new summer set. Signature SV701's in gloss black with a polished face. Went with a square setup this time and 21" size. Wheel specs: 21x9.5 ET40. Tires: 275/35ZR21 Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 summer performance tires. New winter setup: Sold my previous staggered set of SV706's and bought a square setup for winter. Same SV706 design in gloss black with polished front. Specs: 20x9.5 ET33. Tires: 265/40R20 Michelin Alpin 5.
MODS - EXTERIOR
Removed the Mach-E badges on the doors. Tinted all the reflectors, with 20% film. Replaced rear license plate with a Reviver electronic license plate. Drilled two 2" access holes (then capped them) above the LVB positive and negative connections in the frunk. Eliminated the Pedestrian Audio Alert sound and back up beeping by replacing the speaker with a resistor. Added ASOK front and rear mud flaps. Applied gloss black vinyl wrap to upper area of rear tail light sections and liftgate. Tinted upper sections of tail lights. Added Ceramic Pro Windshield protection film to the outside of the windshield. Replaced the liftgate GT emblem with a custom painted Ford Oval in Iconic Silver and gloss black. All exterior paint treated with Ceramic Pro 9H ceramic coating.
MODS - INTERIOR
Tinted front driver and passenger windows with 30% film to closely match the OEM rear tinted windows (it is a little lighter). Completely sound deadened the interior with both Dynamat and Dynaliner in the doors, cargo area and rear quarter panels. Added ice blue ambient lighting in the rear door storage area to match the lighting in the front doors. Had Exclusive Steering custom make a steering wheel in black leather with performance gray Alcantara on the upper part and lower trim section and silver stitching to match the rest of the interior. Had console armrest covered in performance gray leather and Alcantara with silver stitching to match the seats. Added NAVIKS motion lockout bypass device. Removed the warning stickers on the visors. Added a sunshade for the glass roof. Covered the carpeted cargo quarter panels with CanvasBack protection and have their fold out rear bumper protector. Covered the rear seat backs and cargo floor with AOSK's protectors. Replaced OEM floor mats with Lloyd black carpet Lux mats. Added wireless car charger under armrest. Replaced OEM rubber mat above wireless charger with TWRAPS dual wireless charging mat. Replaced the Max Defrost button on the headlamp switch panel with an Explorer liftgate button and wired it to open/close the liftgate. Added AOSK's sport pedal covers and dead pedal cover. Installed Ice Blue EL accent lighting on all four door panels and dash. Replaced front driver and passenger GT kick panels with Mustang ones. Installed FITCAMX dash cam (and rear camera).
MODS - IN-CAR ELECTRONICS

MODS - SOFTWARE / TUNE / PROGRAMMER
FORScan mods: Disabled double honk when car is on and you get out with the key fob or phone in your pocket. Added auto high-beam ramp up/down. Enabled reverse tilt side view mirrors.
HISTORY, STORY, EXPERIENCE, COMMENTS
Several of the mods I listed above I first did on my Mach-E Premium and took quite a few photos. When I did the same mods on this car I didn't take many photos at all since they would be just the same. You can see more photos on my Mach-E Premium Showcase https://www.macheforum.com/site/showcase/marks-mach-e-premium-4x.63/

Nice setup your car's 5 shoes! I want to ask question about your staggered setup: 20x9 +33 front and 20x10.5 +47 with 275/40/20 front, 315/35/20 rear. Does this poke?

Which photos for this setup?
Starting from the BOTTOM of the photos, they are number 11, 12, 13.

I do not recommend 315's in the rear as I mentioned before, because you have to modify the rear upper shock mount and inner fender liner. Even doing that, you will still get about 1/4"-1/2" poke. The best staggered setup I recommend if you want to go wide is front 265/45R20 tires on 20"x9" ET 35 wheels and rear 295/40R20 tires on 20"x10.5" ET47 wheels. You will not need to modify anything in the rear and depending on your camber adjustment, you should not have any poke. Should be fairly flush however the type of sidewall style on the tire can make a slight difference. Some have rounded ballon looking sidewalls while others are very flat. To see my car with these size tires, go to my '21 Premium showcase and look at photos 12-16 up from the bottom.

Now that said, on my current '24 Mach-E, I am running in front 275/40R21 tires on 21"x9.5" wheels with 15mm spacers and in the rear 315/35R21 tires on 21"x11" ET40 wheels. I am using a different offset in back (40 instead of 47) which brings the 315's out more so I did not have to modify the rear shock upper support. Still had to modify the fender liner. However now I have almost an 1 inch poke BUT I installed fender flares that stick out 20mm so they take up most of that poke and I have flush tires. Had to use 15mm spacers on the front wheels (wasn't going to order new wheels with an updated offset) to bring them out flush with the 315's in the rear because I also added the fender flares on the front so they would match the back. Those photos can be seen in a number of places here on the forum. Here is one:

Have you seen my very old staggered setup thread?

Thank you for the detailed response. I'm interested in a square setup with 275/40 R20's; it sounds like you're saying that will probably work with a 9" ~+34 offset wheel? No tweeks up front?
My car setup square 275/40ZR20 with 20x9 +35. No poke, It's all good to go!
