But the percentage stays the same.

Is the decrease caused by the outside temperature drop or the real battery consumption (to maintain a certain level of temperature for the car/battery?)?

Here the morning temperature is about 10 degrees lower.

Because it got colder, your crystal ball says you won’t get as far. If you want that 13 miles of displayed guess back… just drive slower. You can get whatever range you want (within reason). The GOM/ crystal ball is only a prediction based on your past habits, feel free to make a liar out of it.

Because of the temp drop. Range goes down when it's cold because of physics.

Once it warms up outside your GOM will regain the estimated range.

I’m pretty sure someone siphoned electrons out of your battery ?

Dang, sorry to hear that. Seems like everyone is experiencing less range on the GOM as the temperature drops. Very unfortunate and a highly unexpected situation. My utility provider offers winter electrons so my range has been unaffected but I feel for the rest of you.

Unfortunately you are probably being charged for kVA. Better call your utility and check their rate for imaginary power!

On a serious note if the range matters you can set a departure time and, if plugged in to shore power, the batteries will pre-condition and you may get some of the range back.
