Unfortunately you are probably being charged for kVA. Better call your utility and check their rate for imaginary power!Dang, sorry to hear that. Seems like everyone is experiencing less range on the GOM as the temperature drops. Very unfortunate and a highly unexpected situation. My utility provider offers winter electrons so my range has been unaffected but I feel for the rest of you.
On a serious note if the range matters you can set a departure time and, if plugged in to shore power, the batteries will pre-condition and you may get some of the range back.But the percentage stays the same.
Is the decrease caused by the outside temperature drop or the real battery consumption (to maintain a certain level of temperature for the car/battery?)?
Here the morning temperature is about 10 degrees lower.
