Well, up until recently most of the EVs outside of Tesla were. It will rapidly change this year with the Mach E, ID.4, the new Hyundai/Kia, Audi Q4 etron etc.

I haven't read the full article, but the first con can be moved to the pro category ie Range is better than model Y per real world testing.

Exactly, later in the Article Chris Davies says "Sure, it doesn’t match the Model Y in range.."
This is a false narrative which unfortunately appears to be repeated over and over.
I posted on their site a request to edit or correct the story.
