Drove Tuesday. Plugged in. Went to drive Friday and noticed it hadn't charged. Came home, plugged in (not time to charge). This morning, hadn't charged.
Went to FordPass, hours are fine. Tried to initiate charging by hitting START. Nope. Checked that JuiceBox wasn't preventing it. Nope.
Turned car on while plugged in. Charging began, fan on (weird, not warm). Fan shuts off. Car currently charging fine.
Issue is 100% on the car/app, because the charger said "waiting on car".
