After a few times the dealer was able to reproduce the problem in the driver seat the left front corner kept lifting up didn't matter the seat position.

It was more pronounced if the back of the seat was more reclined.as it turns out that there was loose bolts and missing bolts.

Also noted by the dealer :
The seat track was not functioning right according to the service writer they tighten the bolts down which helped greatly and they covered the seat repair.

Ultimately on the second visit replacing the seat track assembly. They had to delay the repair an extra day because the seat track assembly did not come with the correct bolts.

They repaired it all is good seat is working perfect it took about three times for them to actually notice the loose bolts and a seat track that wasn't working correctly caused the issue the repair cost was $1700 under warranty.

They repaired it all is good seat is working perfect it took about three times for them to actually notice it but loose bolts and a seat track that wasn't working correctly caused the issue the repair cost was $1700 under war.
Seriously, is this how you write in your engineering job?

If it's all in bold, nothing is.

Sounds like Boeing 737-9 missing bolts on its cabin door.
My first Chevrolet in 1977 was missing a bolt on the brake pedal
