5 red lights ! ?

This morning, after charging for over 24 hours (level 2), I pressed the "status button" in the charge door and got all lights red! The day before after being on charge overnight, FordPass said something to the effect that I had to Go To A Charging Station to charge. Excuse me, I AM a charging station! It was only 40% and drawing no chargng power (I have a watt/kwh meter on my charger power). Unpugging the car plug and replugging didn't help. What fixed it was openigt he 240v breaker and reclosing it, something I remember being the cure once before.
A previous similar thread blamed loose plugs at the charger. This hadn't been my problem before or this time.
Whats going on? Is my (included Ford charger) about to go Tango Uniform? Oh, and charge level is still only 80%.

I have had to reset the breaker for my Ford Mobile Charger several times to clear the amber warning light. It started getting flaky after about 9 months of use. It still works but I switched over to a GrizzlE for home level 2 charging.

It disappeared as soon as I acessed it, and I don't see an archive of messages. If I look at charging history, it shows that day and stopping charging at 40% (about what I had when I plugged it in). Never remember to look at light on charger adapter. Now solid blue after cycling breaker.
