A quick followup, received the new adapter today. 3 business days after first contacting A2Z, I haven’t even tried the new charger and I’m impressed. Immediately went out to the v4 Supercharger to try out the new adapter and sure enough, worked first try!

A2Z, I wish more companies would model their customer service after you. I also work in niche retail/wholesale and it’s embarrassing how few companies offer truly excellent customer service like this. I know why, it’s expensive, but it’s how you build loyalty and reputation, and grow. Well done A2Z!

I finally got my replacement A2Z Typhoon Pro adapter and it works with v4. My original defective adapter worked with v3 but not v4.
