This is the new second version of the Typhoon adapter that eliminates the problematic slide latch. We've been expecting this for a while. Looks like the original model has been discontinued in favor of this.

Ah, that makes sense.

So the NACS plugs in while depressing the latch ?
When disconnecting, depressing the latch then unlocks both CCS and NACS at the same time ?

Any word on a trade-up program of some sort for those of us who own the original A2Z adapter?

Right. If they don’t have any program like that I’ll order the Pro and sell the original on eBay once the new one comes in. My Ford adapter isn’t due until Fall at the earliest so I have time to shuffle around until then.

Glad I sold my OG A2Z adapter last month instead of procrastinating like I usually do. Sold for $290! People are willing to pay a premium to get an adapter immediately.
