Alexa for the MME?

i dont have anymore... i did update by myself by FDRS... in one update i saw the icon of Alexa in main screen... after, other update (again by FDRS, immidiatly after the first) that icon desapeared... i cant see my version (if i open update tab, i can read System is update).
Do you have the new updated UI? If so, look to see if Alexa is an app on the main screen now. I can’t really help beyond very basics as I don’t use Alexa and don’t have it installed. On the old ui Alexa settings are the very last setting snd need to be scrolled down to see them.

Do you have the new updated UI? If so, look to see if Alexa is an app on the main screen now. I can’t really help beyond very basics as I don’t use Alexa and don’t have it installed. On the old ui Alexa settings are the very last setting snd need to be scrolled down to see them.
Wish I had the latest version! I live in Italy, and here we are light years behind the USA.
Some users are still stuck on version 1.7!!!

Wish I had the latest version! I live in Italy, and here we are light years behind the USA.
Some users are still stuck on version 1.7!!!
Make sure you scroll the settings menu. Alexa is hidden when you opened settings in the old ui.

I had Alexa by FDRS too, it was "awaiting for activation" in my Ford account but no icon on SYNC. The only solution was a SYNC master reset and the Alexa icon showed up in SYNC for activation.

So did you do the Master Reset? Lost a phone like key, all settings and had to reconnect to FordPass?

Yes, I had to do a brand new setting but it worked for me. I needed to re-activate Ford Connect but FordPass app reset was not necessary, I had just to reconnect it.
