Android - FordPass notifications not working

So after the latest update to FordPass, I am not getting push notifications even though I have them enabled in both the app and system settings. This happened before with my previous Android phone as well.

Using a Pixel Pro 7 with latest security update and FordPass version

I can't even set the departure time with Android 13 on Samsung S 21.

Not sure what happened. Also on the iphone the notifications show up if the car has been pre-conditioned

Resurrecting an old thread. I cannot get any notifications, except the "PAAK trying to connect to your vehicle" constant notification. I have all notifications enabled on my Pixel 7 Pro. "FordPass", "AppLink"," Paak foreground service" and "Walk Away Lock".

Shouldn't I get alerts when charging is finished? or alarms are triggered? etc? Is anyone else havign this issue?

I uninstalled and re-installed FordPass, that fixed my no notification problem.

If I do that, will I have to make any Paak related changes, or should everything work as before... plus now receive notifications?

I don't use PaaK, so I can't speak to that

I just reinstalled. FYI you do need to setup PAAK again after re-install. I will keep an eye on notifications.

I'm not receiving any charge notifications at all,since installing the New Ford App?? Any ideas.
I've charged several times since January and not received any charge alerts, All my settings are OK in my phone
