Hi - Last night my wife and I both noticed our Mach E info wasn't updating on the FordPass app (i.e. wasnt showing that it was charging, or providing an accurate/updated charge %). We have different phones (android and apple). Issue wasnt resolved overnight and persists today.
When i go to refresh the app, it just pinwheels for a while and doesnt update.
The vehicle still shows in the app, but is frozen seemingly from 13 hours ago. Ironically, the only thing updating is how long since the app worked.
Vehicle still charged on our home L2 as scheduled last night.
