Last week I’ve noticed that I’m not able to unlock the car or set departure times using the app.
ive contacted the fordpass support team and was told to remove the vehicle and delete the app, waiting 10min or more which I did, this did not fix the issue.
after this I’ve done a master reset, including pulling the jumpers for GWM and TCU.
does anyone else have this issue?
