Hi all, Been lurking for a few weeks. I received my Mach E last Friday. (Premium AWD STD)
I spotted one on the road about 3 weeks ago. I investigated and was impressed. So I searched for one in inventory, but they were all demos. So I ordered one, which was disappointing because blue was no longer an option. I think it disappeared the day I decided to order!
A couple of days go by, and I search inventory again. I expanded my search and, like another poster mentioned recently, found Edmunds to be helpful.
I found what I wanted in Maryland. I called, expecting them to say it was gone...but it wasn't! So I bought it.
The dealer was great, and no ADM. I did have to pay to have it shipped though. That was pretty painless, they picked it up Thursday and it was on my driveway by 9am Friday.
Edit- I'm in Brighton, Michigan.
I feel pretty fortunate about it all.
Had a 60 amp circuit installed yesterday, just waiting on inspector.
I absolutely love it. Best part so far is being able to idle for an hour while waiting for my daughter to finish her lessons..keeping the cabin comfy. Oh..the driving experience is pretty nice too
