So I had to park my car over pine straw mulch in order to reach a level one charger and during the long process a sugar ant colony moved in. They seem to be everywhere but especially on the top of right a pillar and back of right door in front of wheel well outside the car. Some occasional stragglers make it onto the white seats which is most troubling. Any ideas of how to exterminate these buggers.

I had these for a little bit too and they LOVE to go into the charge port. I set up some Terro ant bait stations ON the car where I saw them congregate most. Just remember to move them before you drive anywhere!

We have major ant issues and I have found Terro to be the OTC treatment. The terro traps are ok, but the Terro liquid that you dab on paper seems more effective.

Another vote for the Terro traps. I highly recommend them. I had a huge ant problem in my house. I used both the traps and the liquid and both worked really well. The only thing is that you have to let the ants take the bait back to their nest. Once the queen ant eats it and dies, the whole colony goes with her.

Exterminator came today and left Bayer Maxforce ant bait and traps. Supposed to work in as little as 3 days. Fingers crossed.
