Anybody not able to pull up their order in Ford Tracking?

I had the same problem. The problem is that the order number you need on https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ is not the order number you see here https://www.ford.com/buy/my-vehicles.html

What I did is go to the site mentioned above (https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details) and search by vin and get the window sticker. On the window sticker you look for the item #. In the item # there is a 4 digit number. Take that number and enter it as your order number into https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ and then you can actually track your order...

Makes zero sense but it works...

I don't have the window sticker yet, but, it did end up fixing itself and gave me the 4 digit code, which this time I wrote down because I knew to look for it. I'm good now!

I got it from my dealer; it's a 4-digit number, and it was working until recently. On the sticker, the only place I can see it is in a box near the bottom, just to the left of a box that says :"TOTAL MSRP", and below a box that says "RAIL" (I assume yours will have that, too). It's the 4 digits after the dash.

Not working for me anymore either, no matter what I try.

Got it, it's the same number that we all have been using to track the vehicle on the shop.ford.com website since day 1. I thought there was some new alternative available that was working.
