About 3 weeks ago I received the OTA update for the 22S41 and 22s29 recall. It appeared to download and install without incident. My "Updates" screen showed that the update was successful. Yesterday I received the Power-Up 3.5.2 update, and it appeared to install without incident. But today I saw this new alert on FordPass telling me that the 22s41 recall was incomplete. The Updates screen in the Sync 4 doesn't indicate any problems. Anyone else have this experience?

I did. And the recall button stayed on in Ford pass. But I already had a 10K service scheduled for 9/6. Dealer also said that i had 4 recalls to update. Car was there for a long day and we picked it up after 5PM. Two days ago the recall indicator went off. Because it was so late, I never got any paperwork yet. So not sure what they did.

Yes, mine did something similar. Waited several weeks after announcement to receive OTA. While waiting I went ahead and scheduled with dealer to get it done. Appointment was 3 months out. Eventually I received the update OTA and after a week I cancelled the dealer appointment. About two weeks ago I noticed that Fordpass app showed the recall was incomplete and the NHTSA site also shows the recall open on my VIN. Through the chat site I asked for confirmation of completion of this. Their answer was to make an appointment to have the dealer do it. Now it's about 3 weeks behind my original appointment. I could have sworn that after the OTA Fordpass did show it complete for a while but I may be wrong. Trying to drive conservatively and not fast charge to avoid frying the contactor.

It’s just not updated in Fords system that it happened OTA, you are wasting your time taking it to a dealer to do it again because there is nothing for them to update.

Update on this issue: As of this morning the Ford website has updated my recall status and says that all are complete. Thanks for those who reminded me to be patient.
