Anyone underwhelmed by B&O system...

I have an odd "harsh static sound" when the startup audio is played and certain vocal forward tracks. Spotify lossless and some HD FM. I think it's a speaker and not the source but not 100%. What is the best way to locate the issue? 2023 GTPE

Okay, I dropped it off at the dealer yesterday for them to look at it. Have to get the windshield replaced anyways. Hopefully they will find something.
