Anyway to get Ford Pass to show accurate charging times?

My app seems to consistently estimate 40-45 minutes longer than actual, regardless of whether I am using my hardwired Emporia (usually at 24A) or Nova (32A). Every once in a while when charging the wife's EV6 to 100%, the last few percentage points take much longer, and I chalk it up to conditioning.

@BeccaGuerrero welcome aboard. We're going to need a full size picture of that car asap.

First time I am finding FordPass inaccurate with my grizzle.
says it will complete at 830 tonight but not at the rate I am seeing. More like 11.
FordPass is telling me will be 3 hours sooner.
Was coming here to see if anyone else experienced.

This is so annoying having the incorrect time when charging. Also, during a road trip the remaining charging percentage does not change on the IPHONE 12 until the car is shut off. Were these changes a result of a recent update?

The latest FordPass update screwed up the charge completion calculation by -4 hours. There’s another thread with the gory details.

Well, I just stopped looking I gave up. I haven't noticed it ever being very accurate.

I also cannot see the charging percentage unless i reset my phone or start the car or remove the charger and then reinsert it.
