Battery Doesn't Charge to Set %

I'm sure this has probably been brought up at some point, but does anyone know why my Mach-E never charges to the exact battery percentage that I set it to? For example, if I set it to 90%, It only charges to 89%.

Also, why are we only able to set the charge percentage by intervals of five and not one?

It’s probably at 89.9999% but there is a rounding error.
