BEV Team Support Number

Hopefully it’s not somewhere obvious, but since getting the HVBJB last night, I have been searching the forum for the BEV Team phone number. Haven’t successfully found it to be able to open up a case and the customer experience specialists have no clue that a BEV Team exists within Ford. If anyone can find it or post a link to how to get a hold of them I would much appreciate it!

So far I have a number for customer support which is way more useful than the roadside assistance number because you are able to get a human… 800-392-3673, but no luck with BEV Team.

That's the number for all customer relations. You tell them you have a Mach-E and you would like to be transferred to the BEV team. Most of the time it works but even if it doesn't it will get you a case going and they can transfer it internally later
