Water Sound in Roof Support

I've been hearing this water rushing sound coming from the driver side roof support for the past few weeks that I have forgot to ask about. I always hear it when it's quiet in the cabin and I accelerate from a stop or slow to a stop.

Is this just water moving in the hose that connects to the back sprayer for the hatch?
