black marks on windows

I have these black marks on my front windows both look the same and are in the same spot. Any clue what they might be?

This looks to be the right distance from the edge to perhaps suggest it is from your window seal?

I've not experienced these on mine yet but I wonder if a bit of running alcohol and a cloth might do the trick to clean that off the window. I wouldn't put any alcohol on the rubber surround though but to clean the window, that would be my first go-to.
