I recently had BC 1.3 downloaded on my 2022 GT. Definitely like the lane changing feature and the slowing down feature going into a curve. Have only driven a couple of times. I have had a problem with Alexa and radio volume control. Sometimes Alexa is nonresponsive, and the radio volume control nob controls the "prompt". I thought I figured out the radio volume control issue by using the button in the middle of the nob. Today took my car for a drive - everything worked fine - Alexa. navigation and navigation prompt volume - radio worked as it should. I stopped at the store and when I drove home - no Alexa - couldn't control radio volume - and no voice prompt while navigating. If anybody else has had this problem and found a way to fix it - would greatly appreciate your feedback. Is there a way to report to Ford other than going to dealer? THANKS Bob
