Blue Cruise mostly not working today

I went on a trip and when I got on the freeway only the oval worked and hands free would not engage. I stopped, turned the car off and back on and it worked. But on the way back it engaged only a small fraction of time on the freeway. I have taken this route before and the blue cruise would do hands free most of the time on the freeway as long as the sun was above the horizon in the direction I was heading. Something was definitely off. Did anyone else have this problem?

I had this problem this past Thursday evening. A route I travel often where BC usually works (I95 North of Philadelphia). It would not engage. I thought maybe my subscription had lapsed, but that wasn’t the case.

Mine is a 2025 RWD Extended range. I had problems last fall where I just could not get BlueCruise to engage. I think I had recently received an over the air update. I took it in for service. They did a lot of software updates and I've had very little trouble since. I've had a couple of instances where it would not engage and just restarting the car brought it back.
