Blue liquid leaking from the Charger?

I have a little blue liquid that was leaking from my charger. I had it on the floor and it rained (but the cap was still on it). Does anyone know what it is? It still charges my car but left a little blue residue on the charge port connection.

If you truly want some help with that, you’ll need to include the brand of the EVSE, describe what part of the EVSE was leaking, and (best of all) include a picture.
