Amber and blue light on mobile charger

Had my car for just over 3 months. Same exact symptoms. Ridiculous that this charger failed so quickly. How do you go about getting a replacement under warranty from the dealer UGHHHHHH

Just bring it into the dealer and tell them about the issue. Make sure they test it on a 240v outlet, not the 110/120v they might have.
