Hi, ive got a 2022 (72 plate) mach -e ER RWD, ive spoken to ford on live chat and theyve confirmed that i have all the hardware ready to go to be able to have Bluecruise and that im just waiting for the softwarw update.
They said that its been rolled out in batches with some already having received it.
Just curious to know if anyone else has had theirs yet, and if so is it just an automatic update that comes or does it need to go into a dealership to be done?

I had the update on my 2021 ER Premium AWD a month or so back... I have the option for Blue Cruise

Yes, job 1 car and I received it a couple of months ago.

you’ll know when it’s coming because you’ll get a few OTA software updates over a few weeks when messaging becomes more on the nagging side and then, it arrives!

Is that just under the adaptive cruise in the settings menu? I’m not sure whether I’ve received it yet but wanted to check. Going back a month ago I seemed to be getting regular updates but they seem to have dried up now. Does the sync version change with the BC update and if so what version are you?

I think it's version 1.1

You add it by going into "connected services" in the Ford Pass app and you can start the 3 month trial, before the full subscription to the service... whether we'll get to version 1.3 or higher I don't know

Ok, I don’t have that under connected services. I guess it’s only an option after the update has been applied. Thanks.

It didnt appear in my "connected services" immediately after the update. Took about a week or so before it was an option. Dunno if that helps
